July auction catalogue launched

The July Acuitus auction will offer for sale a high quality catalogue of 54 lots producing more than £4.4m of rental income.

The catalogue encompasses retail, office, industrial and leisure assets across the UK and particularly features a number of assets located in London. Guide prices for the lots on offer range from £85,000 to £3.9m.   Properties featured in the auction have been entered by vendors including LaSalle Investment Management, Heron Foods, Wesleyan, Next PLC and Nationwide Building Society together with major banks, investment funds, trustees, and LPA Receivers and Joint Fixed Charge Receivers at JLL, Savills, Fairacre and Edward Symmons.
