New March catalogue launched

The catalogue for the second Acuitus auction of 2015 which will take place on March 26th can be viewed here 

The sale will offer 54 lots encompassing a wide range of retail, office, industrial and leisure assets currently producing total rental income in excess of £4.1m. The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £80,000 to £3.75m.   Lots featured in the auction have been entered by vendors including LaSalle Investment Management, F&C REIT, Heron Foods, CBRE Global Investors, DEFRA and Helix Property Advisers together with major banks, administrators and LPA Receivers including Edward Symmons, CBRE, Knight Frank and Naylors. Properties in the auction include:

  • Telford Plaza, Ironmasters Way, Telford: Two office buildings totalling 163,685 sq ft with tenants including CapGemini UK plc and Caffe Kix Ltd.  Current rental income: £731,015 pax.  Guide price: £2.75m
  • Brighton, 109-110 Western Road: Three retail units with three recently developed vacant residential flats.  Current rental income: £53,071 pax.  Guide price: £1.2m – £1.3m
  • Thirsk, Kwik Fit, Long Street: Motor trade unit entirely let to Kwik-Fit (GB) and guaranteed by Kwik-Fit Holdings until 2032.  Current rent: £34,942 pax.  Guide price £490,000+ 
  • Rugby, Burger King, 2-3 High Street: Restaurant investment entirely let on new 20-year lease to Millcliffe (t/a Burger King) with guarantee until November 2034.  Current rent: £65,000 pax. (plus turnover rent if applicable).  Guide price £750,000 – £775,000
