The catalogue for the first Acuitus
auction of 2013 can be viewed online here.
The sale on February 14 will offer 44 lots representing retail,
office, industrial, ground rent and leisure investments with a
total rental income of around £3.4m. The assets for sale represent
a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive
range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £100,000
to £2.5m.
Lots featured in the auction have been entered by a wide range of
vendors including Scottish Widows Investment Partnership; West
Register; and other major property companies, Executors and
Trustees.
A total of 10 lots in the auction are offered on behalf of joint
LPA receivers at Deloitte Real Estate; Jones Lang LaSalle and
Savills together with Administrators at Moorfield Corporate
Recovery and Mortgagees.
