MSCI’s Luke Pakes reported on how resilient commercial property returns have been during the past 10 years – outperforming equities and bonds.
Stuart Buchanan of Acuitus Finance reported on the funding landscape and particularly the availability of long-term finance which is being offered on extremely competitive terms while Acuitus Chairman, Richard Auterac, analysed recent auctions activity and suggested what it meant for the final quarter of the year.
