May auction launched

The Acuitus auction on May 26th will comprise 48 lots with guide prices totalling in excess of £42m. In addition to retail, banking, office and industrial investments, the sale also features two public houses, ground rent investments, a data centre and a chance to acquire a freehold in the heart of the City of London.

  • Marks & Spencer, Gerrards Cross: Simply Food outlet let to M&S at £110,000pa (Guide price: £2.6m-£2.7m)
  • 69 King William Street, EC4: freehold office investment producing £70,792pa (Guide price: £950,000)
  • Middlefield Industrial Estate, Sandy: four ground rent investments with guide prices ranging from £5,000 to £275,000
  • Exchange House, Portsmouth: a 16,750-sq ft data centre let to Cable & Wireless at £90,000pa (Guide price: £975,000-£1m)
  • Arundell House, Windsor: a 5,845-sq ft medical/office investment currently producing £86,926pa (Guide price: £750,000+)
  • The Star, Thaxted: 15th-century public house located in “Constable Country” producing £25,000pa (Guide price: £325,000)
