Catalogue launched for October sale

The catalogue for the fifth Acuitus auction of 2013 which will take place on October 17th can be viewed online  here   The sale will offer 60 lots encompassing a wide range of retail, office, industrial, leisure and ground rent assets currently producing total rental income in excess of £5.5m.

The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £10,000 to £2m+. Lots featured in the auction have been entered by a wide range of vendors including Spirit Pub Group, Fairacre, two major pension funds and LPA Receivers and Joint Fixed Charge Receivers GVA, Savills, Knight Frank, BDO, Colliers International, Zolfo Cooper and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Properties in the auction include:

  • Camden Walk, Islington Green, London, N1: freehold retail investment let to Ben Sherman Group and currently producing income of £90,750pax. Guide price: £1.5m
  • Gresley House, Doncaster: 38,000-sq ft office building let to tenants including Aviva, Amey Rail and the NHS currently producing income of £456,862pax. Guide price: £2m
  • Olympia House, Newport: major town centre block comprising 13 shops together with around 67,000 sq ft of offices above. Redevelopment potential and currently producing £202,950pax. Guide price: £1.5m+
  • Regent Street, Leamington Spa: freehold let to Café Rouge Restaurants producing an income of £87,000pax. Guide price: £1.1m
