Catalogue launched for February sale

The catalogue for the first Acuitus auction of 2013 can be viewed online here. The sale on February 14 will offer 44 lots representing retail, office, industrial, ground rent and leisure investments with a total rental income of around £3.4m. The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £100,000 to £2.5m. Lots featured in the auction have been entered by a wide range of vendors including Scottish Widows Investment Partnership; West Register; and other major property companies, Executors and Trustees. A total of 10 lots in the auction are offered on behalf of joint LPA receivers at Deloitte Real Estate; Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills together with Administrators at Moorfield Corporate Recovery and Mortgagees. 

Properties in the auction include:

  • London Finchley Road NW3: – Substantial ground rent investment comprising a retail parade of 18 shops currently producing £91,414pa. Guide Price: £2.3m-£2.5m
  • Norwich, Sentinel House: Freehold geared ground rent investment in 104,000 sq ft office building let entirely to Aviva Life & Pensions until 2134 and currently producing £100,000pa. Guide Price: £2m-£2.25m
  • London, Streatham: Freehold medical centre. Let to Doctors until 2025. Guide Price: £2.35m
  • Manchester, Quay Street: Freehold leisure investment comprising 35,800 sq ft in city centre currently producing £150,000pa. Guide Price: £1.5m
  • London, Richmond Prime freehold retail investment let to Reed Employment until 2022. Guide Price: £1.4m
  • Woking, Church Gate Multi-let 8,900-sq ft office building currently producing £134,865pax. Guide Price: £650,000
  • Northampton, Britannia House Substantial office investment let to Secretary of State for the Environment producing £214,000pa(net). Guide Price: £700,000
