Commercial Property Auction Catalogue launched for May 2016 auction

The catalogue for the third Acuitus of this year will offer 98 lots on Thursday, May 19th and can be viewed online here

The sale encompasses a wide range of retail, office, industrial, ground rent and leisure assets producing current total rental income of around £9m. There is an extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £75,000 to £5m+.

Lots have been entered by vendors including Aviva Investors, M&G Real Estate, Heron Foods and Hansteen together with administrators and LPA Receivers at Deloitte, CBRE, Knight Frank, Colliers International, Bilfinger GVA and Chart.
