Catalogue launched for third 2014 auction

The catalogue for the third Acuitus auction of 2014 which will take place on May 22nd can be viewed here    Following our largest ever auction in March, we are delighted to be presenting another strong sale this month comprising 55 lots encompassing retail, office, industrial and leisure assets currently producing total rental income in excess of £3.25m.

The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £100,000 to £2.8m.   Lots featured in the auction have been entered by vendors including CBRE Global Investors, major banks, major funds, administrators together with LPA Receivers and Joint Fixed Charge Receivers at DTZ, GVA and Fairacre.

Properties in the auction include:

  • 110 High Street, Marlborough:  freehold retail investment let to WH Smith Retail Holdings on a 10-year reversionary lease until 2024 at a current rent of £115,500pax. Guide price: £2.1m
  • 45 Narrow Street, London, E14:  multi-let retail and leisure investment in London’s docklands currently producing income of £105,751pax. Guide price: £1.5m+
  • 74-94 High Street, Dover:  freehold retail investment let to J Sainsbury plc until 2034 (no breaks) at a current rent of £230,000pax. Guide price: £2.8m
