Commercial Property Auction Catalogue launched for October 2016 auction

The catalogue for the fifth Acuitus auction of 2016 Investor demand can be viewed online here

Launching the catalogue for what is Acuitus’s largest catalogue to date, Richard Auterac of Acuitus commented: “Investor demand in the auction room remains at a very high level: sale volumes at our first four sales of the year have totalled £240m which is 45% up on the corresponding sales last year”.

The October auction encompasses a wide range of retail, office, industrial, ground rent and leisure assets producing current total rental income in excess of £8m.

Lots have been entered by vendors including Aviva Investors, Telereal Trillium, Circle Property, major funds and property companies together with Receivers & Administrators at BDO, Deloitte, CBRE, JLL, Colliers International and Fairacre.

Lots in the auction include:

  • Birmingham, Neville House, Waterloo Street: 2,613 sq m (28,126 sq ft) freehold multi-let city centre office investment currently producing £222,780pax. Guide Price: £3.25m
  • Rugby, Glebe Farm Industrial Estate: freehold industrial investment let to SPS Aerostructures on a renewed 10-year lease (subject to option) and producing £110,125pax. Guide Price: £1.3m
  • West Wimbledon, Coombe Lane SW20: freehold public house investment let to JD Wetherspoon PLC until 2041 (subject to option) and producing £76,800pax. Guide Price: £1.2m
  • Cannock, The Forum Shopping Centre: freehold shopping centre comprising 10 retail units with 8 let to national multiple retailers. Current total income: £330,000pax. Guide Price: £2.9m-£3m
