Acuitus launches first catalogue of the year

The first Acuitus auction of 2019 will feature 46 lots including a wide range of retail, office, industrial, ground rent and leisure assets.

The lots produce total rental income in excess of £3.2m, and are being offered with guide prices from £120,000 to £1.95m.

The properties on offer are presented on behalf of Major Funds, Trustees, Fund Managers, Major Property Companies, Executors, LPA Receivers and Administrators.
