The sale comprises 36 lots representing retail, office,
industrial, leisure and mixed-use investments currently producing
income of around £2.6mpa.

The properties in the March auction represent a wide geographic
spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment
opportunities with guide prices from £85,000 to £2.55m.
Our February auction brought further insights into the nature of
investor demand and saw the total of asset sales completed since
