Catalogue launched for December auction

Acuitus has launched the catalogue for its sixth and final auction of 2013.

The sale will take place on December 5th and the full catlogue can be viewed here. The auction will offer 51 lots encompassing a wide range of retail, office, industrial, leisure and ground rent assets currently producing total rental income in excess of £3.5m.

The assets for sale represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £100,000 to £2.95m.   Lots featured in the auction have been entered by a wide range of vendors including The Co-Operative Estates, Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Southampton City Council, Heron Foods, Newham College London and LPA Receivers and Joint Fixed Charge Receivers at Savills, GVA & Fairacre.

Properties in the auction include:

  • McDonalds, Market Chambers, Enfield:  5,064 sq ft freehold retail investment let to McDonalds Restaurants until 2025 at a current rent of £137,500pax. Guide price: £2m
  • 14-16 Kirkgate, Wakefield:  Prime freehold retail investment let to BHS plc until 2024 and currently producing income of £440,000pax. Guide price: £2.95m
  • 40-50 Princes Street, Ipswich:  13,680 sq ft freehold office investment majority let to Savills until 2024 and currently producing total income of £203,178pax. Guide price: £2m+
  • Barclay Hall, Green Street, London E7:  Offered on behalf of Newham College. 11,787 sq ft vacant building with potential for residential conversion (subject to necessary consents). Guide price: £1m
  • Lombardy Retail Park, Hayes:  freehold let to Pizza Hut (UK) until 2024 at a current rent of £61,750pax. On modern retail park. Guide price: £1.25m+
