Catalogue for December auction launched

Acuitus has unveiled a 54-lot catalogue for its sixth and final auction of the year.

The catalogue can be viewed online here. The sale will offer 54 lots representing retail, office, industrial and leisure investments with a total rental income of around £3.2m. Lots featured in the auction have been entered by a wide range of vendors including PRUPIM; The Co-Operative Estates; Isis Waterside Regeneration; Soho Housing Association; Sue Ryder; Barts and the London Charity; other major institutions, Administrators and LPA receivers at Jones Lang LaSalle and BNP Paribas Real Estate. The properties in the auction represent a wide geographic spread across the UK and a similarly extensive range of investment opportunities with guide prices from £75,000 to £2.9m Properties in the auction include:
