Short-Term Auction
Finance
In the current marketplace it is becoming increasingly difficult
for the lenders to perform within the auction timescale from
approval to completion.
To solve this problem Acuitus Finance has assembled a panel of
Short-Term Lenders to provide finance for auction purchases. The
Short-Term Lenders specialise in completing the loan
administration, valuation and legals within the auction
timeframe.
Commercial Investment Properties
and Portfolios
Lenders now focus as much on the asset they are lending against as
they do on the client. We specialise in the Commercial Investment
sector and has up to date knowledge of the lenders currently active
and the type of asset that they want to finance.
Residential Investment
Properties
Surprisingly, Residential is one of the most difficult sectors in
the property marketplace to finance. We have carried out research
with the active lenders to know which are actually lending, what
their terms are, and the possible loan to value.
Development
Finance
Finance is available for both commercial and residential
developments; the level of finance available frequently depends
upon the location of the site. Loans are available as both a
percentage of costs and of gross development value.
Mezzanine and
Equity
We have compiled a panel of mezzanine and equity lenders for both
the commercial and residential marketplace. The majority of active
lenders are looking for opportunities in London and the South
East.

Finance
We can help businesses buying new premises or looking to release
equity from existing business property. It is generally safer to
finance your business premises with a different lender than your
existing business bank. Cashflow facilities are available as
well.
