John Mehtab

Investment Director

John has over 25 years' experience in the commercial property sector, and has spent the last 10 working in the private treaty and auction investment markets. At Acuitus, he deals with a wide range of property types and clients and has a particular expertise in devising selling strategies and employing techniques to marketing and closing property transactions for private investors.

Prior to joining Acuitus, he was an Associate Director in the capital markets team at Jones Lang LaSalle and was previously at HMRC Valuation Office Agency.
