Charlie has more than 20 years' experience of advising investors in the private treaty and auction market, often combining the two forms of sale to provide innovative acquisition and disposal solutions for his clients.

During his career, Charlie has acted for a wide range of clients from mainstream institutional funds to private investors including Aviva Investors, F&C REIT, LaSalle Investment Management, CBRE Investors and Prestbury together with many high net worth individuals.

More recently he had been particularly active for all major Banks and many Reeceivers and Administrators in providing strategic solutions including pricing advice and sales for distressed property assets.

He also has extensive experience in  sale-and-leaseback strategies which has seen him advise on £1bn of transactions for clients including Barclays Bank, Threshers and Somerfield.
