We have the ability and market coverage to offer pricing and sales strategy advice for a wide range of asset types throughout the UK and the extensive buyer base to deliver sales through auction and by negotiated private treaty sale.

For over 25 years the directors have been one of the most successful auction teams in the UK and were the leaders of the Jones Lang LaSalle auction business between 1990 and 2010.

Unlike generalist property consultancies that also provide an auction service, we are not constrained by having to take a "house view". This freedom enables us to deal with every property on its merits and focus purely on our clients' aims. In addition to working with clients ranging from private investors to major institutions and central and local government, we have a specialism of working with receivers and administrators, and are regularly engaged to provide pricing consultancy on large-scale distressed asset situations.

This market intelligence-led approach resulted in the cPad (Commercial Property Auction Data) research initiative with Investment Property Databank which provides unique data-driven perspectives following each cycle of auctions. cPad is providing investors with a new depth of information from which they can take decisions to either buy or sell and is emblematic of Acuitus's forensic approach to the market.
